UIC Plug and Socket

Ferrovia's UIC 558 VE compliant connector is used for data communication and management of on-board data driven applications like remote switching, remote control and public address. It is used in passenger vehicles, locomotives,  and other traction units, freight wagons, light rail, EMU, DMU and other railway vehicles in order to assure the interoperability of the supported functions.
